2. Go to the section Lead Management and click "Lead Assignment Rules."

2. Choose the “Enabled” radio button to turn on default assignment rules.

3. Choose the Sales Region, Salesperson, and Workflow leads should go to.  Click “Save Defaults” to confirm your selections.

Lead Assignment Qualifiers  - You may use any combination of the qualifiers below to create a lead assignment rule. Be as broad or as specific as you need to be.

The qualifiers are all AND. Example: Target = Termite AND Service = Termite Inspection.

1. Target Pest:
This field will contain records from your existing Target Pest lookup table.

2. Services: Choose the services that your lead assignment rule should apply to, or leave it at "Any Service." “Specific Services” will let you target services from your service lookup table.

3. Products: Choose the products that your lead assignment rule should apply to, or leave it at "Any Product." “Specific Products” will let you target products from your service (product) lookup table.

4. Location: Choose the location your lead assignment rule should apply to. You can choose a zip code, city, county, or state.

5. Properties: Choose the properties for your lead. You can choose from:
  • Category: Residential or Commercial
  • Estimated order value: If an order is greater than, less than, or equal to a dollar amount you can assign to specific salespeople. (Example: if over $1,000,assign to Jim. If under, assign to John.)
  • Estimated time frame: If an order is greater than, less than, or equal to a time frame you can assign it to specific salespeople.

6.
Choose the Sales RegionSalesperson, and Workflow leads should go to.  Click “Save Defaults” to confirm your selections.

7. When you’re done, click “Save”.

This lead assignment rule will now trigger when a lead meets the criteria you've entered.

PestPac will look at your rules in the order listed, so rule 1 for Bed Bugs is checked before rule 3 for New Jersey Pest. Use the arrows on the rules to re-order.
