Create or Edit Closed Lead Reasons

Closed Lead Reasons are descriptions that explain why a lead was lost. You can add multiple Closed Reasons for a lost lead (e.g., price was too high, went with a competitor, asked for delay). 

To add or edit a Closed Lead Reason:

1. From the menu, click Settings --> Sales & Marketing Settings.


2. Go to the section Lead Management and click "Closed Lead Reasons."

3. Click on “Add Reason.”

4. Choose 
the sales funnel event and add a reason. You can have the same reason across multiple events. IE, “Pricing” could be the reason for both “Closed Lost” and “Closed Nurture.”

5. Click on the pencil icon to edit an existing Closed Lead Reason.


5. Click on the trash can icon to delete an existing reason
