Add or Edit Locations on a Lead

The lead profile contains contact information about the location of service, and bill-to address (these may be different). Salespeople can edit the location detail for both the location and the bill-to on the lead. When it is closed won, it will be added to the PestPac location automatically.

To add a location to an existing lead:
 
1. From the menu, click Sales & Marketing --> Lead Dashboard.

 

 Next, click the lead you want to update
 

 
2. Click “Add Service Location”.

 

3. Choose if the location is commercial or residential and fill out the address details. Click "Save" to add the location.
 


To edit the billing location for the lead:

1. Click the pencil icon next to the Billing Location.

 

This takes you to the PestPac Edit Bill-To screen. Changes you make here are automatically applied to the lead. 
 

 
To edit the service location for the lead:

1. Click the pencil icon next to the Service Location.

 


 
This takes you to the PestPac Edit Location screen. Changes you make here are automatically applied to the lead.
