Check Your Service Performance Report

PestPac Lead Management generates a Service Performance report that shows the sales totals of individual services for the current month, as well as the previous month, previous 3 months, previous 6 months, or previous year. 

To access the Service Performance report:

1. Click Menu > Sales & Marketing > Sales & Marketing Reports



2. In the Lead Management Reports section, click Service Performance.



Fields displayed in the Service Performance Report include:
 
  • Service - The service code and description
  • Sales Value - The value of the closed-won leads that had this service.
  • Leads - The number of leads assigned that were interested in this service.
  • Sales - The number of sales that closed with this service.
  • Customers - The total amount of customers for the leads with these services. Example: two closed-won leads on one customer would be Leads = 2, Customer = 1.
  • Close Rate - The percentage of leads with this service that were closed-won.
  • Avg. Sales Value/Sales - The average value of a sale with this service on it. 
  • Avg. Sales Value/Lead - The average value of leads with this service on it.
  • Avg. Time to Close - The average time it takes to close a lead with the service on it.
 
Columns in the report can be rearranged by clicking and dragging within the table. 

The Service Performance Report can be filtered for time frame and sales region performance.


 

All fields in this report are enabled by default. Specific fields can be disabled by clicking the Choose Fields button and unchecking the activated fields.
