Customize Your WorkWave Marketing Emails and Who Gets Them

All of the WorkWave Marketing modules have emails that can be edited. You may also choose who automatically gets some of these templates.

To change the text of the emails you and your customers may receive:
 
1. Click Menu > Settings > Sales & Marketing Settings. 

 


 
2. In the System Settings section, click System Email Templates.


 
 

3. All PestPac Marketing emails are stored here and are organized by module. 
 
 

 

 
Here are some common emails that users like to edit:
 
Module Template Name Purpose
Lead Management Agreement Signature Request The email leads get asking them to sign an agreement. 
Lead Management Appointment to Customer The email a lead gets after an Estimate Order is scheduled.
Lead Management Signed Agreement Customer Copy The email containing the signed agreement for a customer.
Reviews Business Review Request The email that asks a customer for a Review on your social media profiles or website.
Service Reports Service Report Visit Request The email that asks a customer for an assessment about their service and technician.
Service Reports New Service Visit Report The email that you receive after a customer has given you a Service Report of 4 or 5 stars.
Service Reports New Service Visit Report - Negative The email that you receive after a customer has given you a Service Report of 1 - 3 stars. 


4. From there, you may customize the subject and content of the email. To reset the changes you've made, click the "Reset to System Default" button. 
 


 
5. You can also turn off the email entirely by setting Is Active to No.
 


6. Some of the templates can also have their distribution changed. Underneath the body of the email, you may see "Manage Alerts". These can be divided up by Sales Region or Marketing Area.
 

Sales Region/Marketing Area: Select what region you want to create an alert for.
Type: In Lead Management, have an alert automatically sent to a Salesperson or Sales Manager. Otherwise, select Email to pick whom you want alerts to be sent to.
Target: If you selected Email, enter the email address of the person you want to alert.

7. Once you've made the desired changes, click the gold "Save" button in the top right-hand corner.
