Disputing the review will immediately remove it from your microsite and send it to our support team to investigate. If we determine the review is not real, we will remove it. If, however, the review is deemed real, it will be reinstated.
It is against our Terms of Service to remove a legitimate review because of a low rating.
To dispute a review:
1. Click Menu > Sales & Marketing > Reviews Detail.
2. Locate the Review that you would like to dispute.
3. Click the blue “Dispute” link.
4. Enter your reason for disputing the review. When you are ready to submit your reason, fill in your email and click the gold "Dispute Review" button.
