View Your NPS Results

The Net Promoter Score question is sent out as part of your Service Reports
 
To access the NPS report, click Menu > Sales & Marketing > Service Reports > NPS Summary.

 

 
The NPS Reports Summary provides the following details:

Summary – This section tells you the combined NPS for your company, how many unique responses you have, and the total amount of responses. The two numbers will be different because a customer may leave you multiple NPS scores over time.
 
 
 
 
NPS Distribution -  This section graphs the distribution of responses that are classified as a Promoter (rating your company 9-10), a Passive (rating your company 7-8) or a Detractor (rating your company a 0-6).

 

 
 
NPS Over Time – Your NPS rating over the last few months. 

 
 
 

NPS Reports Collected – This chart shows you the total amount of NPS reports collected over time.
