1. Click Menu > Settings > Sales & Marketing Settings.
2. Under System Settings, click Marketing Settings.
3. Make sure you're on the Business Reviews tab.
4. In the section "ContactUs Review Settings," use the dropdown box "How to Display Review Names on Your Profile" to choose the format for review names.
If a singular customer would like the name on their review changed, please dispute the review and explain that a name change is requested. A WorkWave Marketing Reviews team member will make the change and reinstate the review.
