Why Am I Not Receiving Many Reviews?

In the event that a WorkWave Marketing Reviews user notices a slowdown or stoppage of incoming reviews, please perform the following troubleshooting steps.
 
  1. Confirm that your most active service codes are activated for review automation. By increasing the number of activated service codes, a larger volume of review requests will send to your customers.
  2. Review your review request activity. If you are sending many review requests that are not being completed by your customers, you may wish to set the expectation with your customers that their feedback is appreciated. 
  3. Adjust the range of your do-not-mail period. If you are performing regularly scheduled work for customers, they may be flagged as to not receive the email for review. 
 
If none of these troubleshooting steps increases the number of inbound reviews, please contact PestPac support.
