Report on Email Marketing Campaigns

PestPac Marketing Automation provides two reporting levels for each email campaign. 

Quick Report

reports provides “at-a-glance” view that shows general statistics about the campaigns.

To see the quick report:

1. Click “Sales & Marketing” > “Email Campaigns.”


2. Click the “+” icon to expand the quick report.


The quick report details:



  • Emails sent
  • Email addresses marked as failed
  • Number of emails delivered
  • Number of opens
  • Number of clicks to links within the email
  • Number of unsubscribes
  • Number of contacts still to be mailed to
  • Number of completed email sends
  • Number of leads created from the campaign
  • Value of open leads created from the campaign
  • Number of sales created from the campaign

By default, the quick report shows statistics in a number count format. To show stats as a percentage, click the “%” icon. 
Email Campaign Statistics

This report expands on the details from the quick report, showing a graph of activity, and specific actions for each recipient. 

To see the Email Campaign Statistics:

1. Click “Sales & Marketing” > “Marketing Automation” > “Email Marketing” > “Email Campaigns.” 


2. Click the “+” icon to expand the quick report.


3. Click the graph icon.


The graph shows a count of the new subscribers, emails sent, emails opens, and clicks. 


The summary shows the same details available in the quick report


A series of tabs allows you to see a list of the recipients who were sent the email, opened the email, clicked, and/or unsubscribed


Both the Quick Report and Email Campaign Statistics update in real-time with no refresh required.
