PestPac Lead Management can track the number of incoming calls to your business through a unique tracking phone number.
To set up the tracking number:
1. Create a Campaign.
2. Click the “Track with a phone number” checkbox.
3. Click the pencil icon.
4. Enter the area code for the tracking number and choose an available number from the list.
5. Enter the Destination Phone number that the tracking number will ring through to.
6. Click Save.
7. When a lead calls that tracking number and your CSRs enter the lead's phone number, PestPac will search the tracking numbers to find the phone number and automatically assign the correct campaign.
