How Do I Reassign a Lead to A Different Salesperson?

Lead reassignment is a feature that allows sales managers to change the salesperson after a lead has been assigned. When changing a sales person, any sales appointments that were scheduled will be removed from the original salesperson's calendar.



To reassign a salesperson: 



1. From the menu, click Sales & Marketing --> Lead Dashboard.
 

 Next, click the lead you want to update
 

 
2. Click on the Additional Info tab.
 

 
3. Click on the Salesperson dropdown menu and pick the new salesperson.
 

4. Click "Save" to reassign.
