Request an Update to a Negative Review

For ContactUs Review ratings of 3 stars or below, you have the ability to request an update. This is a great solution for customers who had a bad experience that you have corrected or fixed. If your customer revises the Review, it will replace the original Business Review.   

Please note that this is only for ratings left on - you cannot request an update for third-party review sites in PestPac. 

To request an update to a negative Business Review: 
1. Click Menu > Sales & Marketing > Reviews Detail.

2. Find the review in question and click the blue "Request Update" link.


3. PestPac will ask you to verify that you are ready to request the update. Click "Request Update" if you have addressed the customer's concern. 


The customer will be sent an email asking them to click and write a new review. When this review is collected, you will be notified that you have a revised review.
