The Negative Feedback Report is a dashboard that shows feedback from customers who have said they were not pleased with their service.
Use this as a way to stay on top of any upset customers and what you're doing to address their concerns.
To access the Negative Feedback Report:
1. Click Menu > Sales and Marketing > Negative Feedback Report.
2. The report displays the date the review was requested, the date the review was left, the customer’s name, and their comment.
3. For negative feedback listed as “Open,” click the reply icon in the Actions column to notate what actions were taken to address the negative feedback (e.g. called the customer to schedule re-treatment).
4. PestPac will record which user addressed the negative feedback and the time they added a comment.
