Some commonly used questions are:
- Please rate your experience in scheduling your Service
- Please rate your Technician’s professionalism
- Please rate the value of the Service we provided
- How would you rate your Technician’s pest control knowledge?
- Please rate the explanation your Technician provided about your Service
- Please rate how timely we were in addressing your home service needs
To add questions:
1. Click Menu > Settings > Sales & Marketing Settings.
2. In Service Report Settings, click Service Report Questions.
3. Enter up to three questions to be rated on a scale of 1-5.
4. Click Save.
