How does Scheduling in Lead Management Work?

When entering a lead, users have the ability to select "Schedule Now" to launch the quick scheduler and create an estimate order for any eligible technician. This order will appear on the appointment schedule as well as PestPac Mobile. 

The order is an "Estimate" order type - meaning it won't generate an invoice to the customer after it is released. The order will be posted to a batch by the user 'ADMN.' Estimate orders can be changed to production orders from the mobile app, or when the batch is released. 

Depending on your workflow settings, scheduling the appointment will complete the task "Schedule Appointment" for the salesperson. When the order is posted, the task "Complete Appointment" will be completed. Only estimate orders scheduled via the Lead Management module will trigger this automation.
